The meaning of this meditation is to open a space for introspection and internal inquiry, with the help and support of the sound of the Tibetan Singing Bowls and Gongs.
We will begin the experience with a brief introduction, in order to contextualize and guide the attendees in their meditative practice. The session is done sitting in a meditation chair with a back, at ground level.
Then we will connect with the sounds of the Bowls and the Gongs, where the participants will be able to travel and meditate through their healing frequencies.
At the end there will be a space for attendees to share their experience.
