1.1. Returns and guarantee

Our priority is your satisfaction and happiness, we don't want there to be any reason why you don't feel happy and happy with your bowl, either for yourself or as a gift. In case you want to change your bowl (except quartz bowls) and/or other products, you have a period of 90 days (3 months) after receiving your purchase. Keep in mind that, to exchange for another product, it must be of the same or greater value than your initial purchase.

For us, the most important thing is that you feel satisfied and happy. We understand that choosing a bowl is a personal and magical process. If you feel that you do not connect with your bowl, you can bring it and change it for another or ask for the return of your purchase. Once our Post-sale team reviews the return request, they will contact you to send you the instructions with the steps to follow. Returned items must be in their original packaging (including accessories) and unused or unworn, i.e. in the same condition in which they were sent. Money refunds will be made within 72 business hours.

1.2. Returns Quartz Bowls

The Quartz Bowls, unlike the Tibetan Bowls, can be exchanged for another product within 7 days, only if it arrives in the conditions in which it was delivered.

If the purchase was made through our website and the Quartz Bowl arrives broken or broken in your hands, you can exchange it for another product or request a refund; but it is important to report the same day that you received the product and not later, to validate the change.

In case the Quartz Bowl breaks or cracks after the day it arrived, Casa del Cuenco has no obligation to return the money or accept an exchange since it is the customer's responsibility.

1.3. Reception of Damaged Products

In the event that you receive any of your damaged products, you must contact our customer service team via email and/or via WhatsApp at number +56 9 6350 6117 to start the return process. Keep in mind that as soon as you receive your product and notice that it is damaged, you must contact us immediately to validate the refund or exchange of your product. When contacting us, you must include the following information:

2. Dispatches and withdrawals in store

2.2. Withdrawals in store

Once the order is available to be withdrawn, you will receive a confirmation email that usually takes between 1 to 3 business days. Our store is located at Avenida Cristóbal Colón 8721, Las Condes.

When you arrive at the store to make your withdrawal, you must present the order number (5-digit number) and here we will take all the data of the person who withdraws. In case you want to authorize a third party to pick up your order, they must present the confirmation email and order number.

Regarding the terms, one of the purchase conditions is that the product must be withdrawn in a maximum period of 14 days, from the confirmation of the withdrawal. If the product is not picked up within that period, the purchase will be canceled and the total amount paid will be returned to the corresponding payment method, within 10 business days.
