Description
Mark the beginning and end of your therapies with the enveloping sound of our Tibetan Tingshas. Its sweet sound helps us to concentrate, focusing our attention on the area between the eyebrows, thus allowing us to reach a meditative state more easily.
The Tingshas are also used in healing ceremonies or sanitation of spaces. The sound of the Tingshas can create a resonant field that cleanses spaces of negative energies. They are often used in Feng Shui to close off the four corners of a room and balance a space.
Today the Tingsha is widely used together with the Tibetan Singing Bowls for sound healing.
